Course: AKM Sustainability

Prerequisites for attending: B1 English

The course focuses on sustainable practices and how to think about sustainability on a regional and global scale. Topics such as European strategies for partnership, a global Marshall Plan, a fair future and a world in balance are covered. Students will perform a case study on climate change. Excursions to Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit and Rat für Nachhaltige Entwicklung are planned, and guest lectures will be given by Max Urchs.

Final exam: Written exam (60 minutes)

Introduction on 6 April starting at 9.30am.
Block lectures in the weeks 21 to 25 May and 28 May to 1 June from 9.30 am until 3.30pm
